	The clinic became Royce Learning Center in 1970

	1970-1994 Program moved from site to site based on budget/ availability

	1994 Purchased current site

	2001 Retired $400,000 mortgage

	2005 Received $1,600,000 SPLOST Grant

	2005-6 Created strategic plan for long-term growth of the Center
