The application for admission for Lower School - Upper School should be
completed by the student’s parent(s) or guardian and
returned to the Admissions Office, 4 Oglethorpe
Professional Blvd., Savannah, GA 31406 with a $50
non-refundable application fee. |

The transcript release and
confidentiality form
must be signed by the student’s parents or
guardians and then given to the Registrar or School
Secretary of the student’s current school with
instructions to send the official transcript and
test results directly to Chatham Academy. |

The Teacher Recommendation Forms
are given
to the student’s current teacher. Enclose a stamped
envelope addressed to Chatham Academy for each
teacher to use in mailing their recommendation.
